  • Make an order

    Once you have chosen a product, selected the size and color, add it to your shopping cart.

    You can now add more products or proceed to checkout.

    To reach the checkout, click on the shopping cart.

    The ordering process consists of 4 steps, which you always see at the top of the screen. You can always go back to a previous step if there's something you want to change.

    Step 1: Log in.

    Step 2: Select one of the available payment methods for your purchase.

    Step 3: Verify that the details of your purchase are correct. Don't forget to enter any discount and/or gift card codes.

    Step 4: You will now receive an email confirming your order. In this email, you will also find the payment information if you have chosen the invoice option.

    Cancel an Order

    Did you accidentally order the wrong items or change your mind? You can cancel individual items or the entire order as long as we haven't shipped it yet. It's not possible to add new items to your order once it's placed. Instead, you can create a new order.

    Start by clicking on "My Orders" in your user account.

    Then select "View or Cancel Order."

    Click on "Cancel Entire Order" to submit a request to cancel the entire order or "Remove Item" to cancel individual items from the order. Follow the on-screen instructions.

    You will receive a confirmation email if the cancellation is successful, and the order will be marked as "canceled" in your user account. If cancellation is not possible, we recommend returning the order after the package is delivered.

    Refund?

    If you chose to pay by invoice, the invoice will be adjusted automatically. For card payments, the authorization will be canceled, and the money will be available on your card within a few days. If you canceled a prepaid order for which you've already made a payment, please contact our customer service for a refund.

    I clicked 'Cancel' before completing my order but still received an order confirmation?

    If you clicked 'Cancel' before completing your order, the order hasn't been processed, and the order confirmation is displayed due to a technical error.

    If you're still unsure whether the order went through, you can double-check under your order overview in your customer account.

    Please note:

    The menu options "Remove Item" and "Cancel Order" are only active for a limited time. After that, you can no longer modify or cancel your order.

    Cancellation cannot be undone. However, you can place a new order at any time.

    Orders using a discount code can only be canceled in their entirety.

    If you want to cancel one or more partner items, the entire order must be canceled. Individual partner items cannot be canceled.

  • How to Return Your Order:

    If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days to return items.

    Inform us of the items you want to return. Thereafter you can send the items in return using your choice of postal agent. Remember to ad package tracking. The return won’t be confirmed until the items has been delivered to us.

    Any costs/fees related to your return will have to be paid by you.

  • Your order will be sent as soon as possible, maximum 7 business days after your order confirmation.

    Delivery time do vary betweeen 5 - 15 business day.

  • Delivery costs will be added to your total costs in the check-out.
